Mr Oro Sushi

Mr Oro is our go-to sushi place. the sushi and other entrees are delicious and fill you up very well. the staff are always friendly and give you whatever you’re after. the interior is cozy and welcoming, with many tables for lots of families. i would absolutely recommend Mr Oro for a family occasion, i love it.

We do love a good take away from Mr Oro the website is very practical to order, however disappointing that the option to pay at the counter is not available anymore as it does add fees. We order frequently take away on the Friday night but in the past few months the quality of the sushi has been declining, sushi rice not fresh, lack or regularity in terms of products quality and freshness of the fish. We haven't still given up on ordering from Mr Oro hopping the quality comes back!

A lovely Japanese sushi place at Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley. The shop is at the corner of a lane, a bit tricky to find the place. I ordered the grilled salmon sushi which is good. Overall the taste is good and price us reasonable. Customers can create their own sushi which is a great idea. The staff are friendly and service is fast. The restaurant has an unique Japanese cartoon decoration. Tables and chairs seem to be around for quite some time.

I visited last night and really enjoyed the food, it's a small cosy restaurant which is perfect when you don't want to eat somewhere too hectic. The sushi is freshly prepared with good quality ingredients and the staff are wonderful. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Good portion size, sushi was fulfilling but the rice was a bit over cooked and soggy.The customised poke salad was nice and fresh, could be better if they offer more options for the side selections. Taste was good. The place was not very big so seats are limited. Decor was a bit dated but still comfy enough to dine in.
